Heidrick & Struggles is seeking an Executive Search Associate/Senior Associate in Spain. You will work with Consultants to map senior talent, build candidate pipelines, and advance relationships with leadership clients across multiple industries.

The role emphasizes rigorous research, effective interviewing, and coordination of end‑to‑end recruitment cycles while developing within a global leadership advisory firm.

Formación

• Requires BA/BS degree and strong communication skills.
• 4–6 years of professional recruiting experience or 3+ years in transferable recruiting roles.
• Fluency in English and Spanish with ability to engage clients and candidates.

Responsabilidades

• Developing search strategies with Consultants and Partners.
• Researching and identifying senior talent, mapping the market.
• Screening, interviewing, and presenting candidates to clients.
• Maintaining candidate relationships and client communications.
• Contributing to business development and client relationships.
