Heidrick & Struggles, a premier global leadership advisory firm, seeks an Executive Search Associate/Senior Associate. You will work with senior consultants to identify and assess top talent, build candidate pipelines, and support client development.

The role involves market research, drafting position specifications, interviewing candidates, and presenting assessments to clients while upholding standards of ethics and confidentiality; you will gain mentorship and a clear career path.

Formación

• Fluent in English and Spanish, with cross-language communication skills.
• 4–6 years of professional recruiting experience or 3+ years in transferable recruiting.
• Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) required.
• Strong written and verbal communication with confidence and impact.
• Proven ability to collaborate with external clients and candidates.

Responsabilidades

• Develop position specifications and search strategy in tandem with the Consultant.
• Research industries and map the executive talent landscape for market insights.
• Prepare business development materials for prospective and current clients.
• Contact prospective candidates to elicit interest and collect market intelligence.
• Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit to position specifications.
• Write candidate assessments and present candidates to clients.
• Manage candidate relationships through the entire search lifecycle.
• Contribute to client relationship management with the Consultant.
