Heidrick & Struggles is seeking an Executive Search Associate/Senior Associate in Spain (Galicia) to execute assignments from candidate identification to placement. You will work closely with Search Partners and Principals, building a pipeline of qualified candidates and supporting client relationships.

The role provides exposure to multiple industries and significant career growth, with mentorship and apprenticeship-style development in a global leadership advisory firm.

Formación

• Fluent in English and Spanish to communicate across languages.
• 3+ years of transferable recruiting experience or 4–6 years in recruiting.
• Undergraduate BA/BS degree required.

Responsabilidades

• Develop position specifications and search strategy with the Consultant.
• Conduct industry research and map executive talent landscapes.
• Assist Consultants with business development materials for clients.
