As our team of post producers and makers is significantly growing, we are looking for an Executive Post Producer to lead and coordinate the CGI / 3D / VFX department.

FUNCTIONS

• Supervision: You will have a transversal role, supervising the in-house CGI talent.
• You will support Sr. Post Producers when projects involve CGI or VFX on production design, quotation, calendars.
• Pitching and proposals: Together with the team, you will prepare tailored presentations for current or potential clients to make the business grow.
• Integration: In your role, you will need to help integrate and coordinate all stakeholders involved in a CGI project; from creatives to studio talent and digital or print studio when needed.
• Vision: Help evolve our processes with focus in AI and tech, in coordination with operations team.
• Communication: Communicate client requests and project changes quickly and clearly.

REQUIREMENTS

• 7-10 yr experience in postproduction facilities / production agency.
• Deep knowledge of CGI / 3D workflows, with experience in project management: quotation, project coordination, handle feedback.
• Experience on integrated and global client post production projects.
• Self-motivated, proactive, entrepreneurial team player with innovative ideas.
• Interest in new technologies and AI tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Bilingual in English. Nice to have: C1 level French.
