A leading agency is recruiting a seasonal Head Chef for a 50m+ private yacht in the Mediterranean. The ideal candidate will have a strong restaurant background, yachting experience, and a diverse culinary repertoire, particularly in Mediterranean cuisine. The role starts ASAP and lasts until the end of September or October.

Formación

• A few years of experience as a Head Chef on similar-sized vessels.
• Restaurant background prior to yachting.
• Strong references.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare a wide repertoire of international dishes.
• Manage kitchen operations on a private yacht.

Must have a few years experience in yachting as a Head Chef on similar sized vessels;

Must have a restaurant background prior to yachting;

Must have a wide repertoire of international food and be well versed in Mediterranean cuisine;

Strong references.

LOA : 50m+

Itinerary : Med

Monthly Salary : EUR DOE

Contract Type : Seasonal
