A leading company in yachting is seeking a seasonal Head Chef to join a 50m+ private yacht. The candidate should have significant experience in yachting and a strong restaurant background, adept in Mediterranean and international cuisines. The role starts ASAP with a contract lasting until the end of September or October.

Formación

• Experience as a Head Chef on similar sized vessels.
• Restaurant background required.
• Strong references are a must.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare high-quality international and Mediterranean dishes.
• Manage kitchen staff and operations on board.

We are now recruiting for a seasonal Head Chef to join a 50m+ Private M / Y | Start Date : ASAP

Must have a few years experience in yachting as a Head Chef on similar sized vessels;

Must have a restaurant background prior to yachting;

Must have a wide repertoire of international food and be well versed in Mediterranean cuisine;

Strong references.

LOA : 50m+

Type : Private M / Y

Itinerary : Med

Monthly Salary : EUR DOE

Contract Type : Seasonal

Start Date : ASAP

End Date : End of September / October
