• 5+ años de experiencia liderando proyectos en hubs de innovación.
• Enfoque práctico con capacidad para pasar de la idea a la ejecución.

We’re launching a boutique innovation incubator in Barcelona’s most forward-thinking district. Not just another startup hub, but a carefully curated space to question what we consider value, growth, and impact.

This project is rooted in a deeper, paradigm-shifting vision — beyond hype, beyond trends — focused on reimagining how we build, relate, and lead. A place where startups don’t just launch — they evolve with purpose.

We’re looking for someone who...

• has strategic vision, strong execution, and a deep understanding of context.

You’ve worked in innovation and startup ecosystems, and you’re ready to lead not from ego, but from essence.

Key responsibilities :

• Design and lead incubation programs — from methodology to lived experience.
• Activate a vibrant network of founders, mentors, investors and institutions.
• Manage and curate the physical space as a creative, high-touch environment.
• Create and host events, content, and formats that foster visibility and value.
• Co-create the narrative, positioning and strategic direction of the project.
• Cultivate strategic partnerships — locally and globally.
• Build a strong sense of community and track the real impact of what's built.

Ideal profile :

• Degree in management, innovation, humanities, design, sociology, or related.
• 5+ years of experience leading projects or teams in innovation hubs, incubators, or transformational environments.
• Hands-on approach with the ability to move from idea to execution.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Full professional proficiency in Spanish, Catalan, and English.
• Empathy, autonomy, systems thinking, and a collaborative spirit.
