Job Description:

CELSA is the largest Spanish-owned steel company and the second largest European long products producer. We are currently looking for an Executive Assistant to the Steering Committee for our headquarters located in Castellbisbal (Barcelona).

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Maintains the CEO's & Chairman's Board of Directors calendar and appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel.
  2. Maintains CEO's & Chairman's Board of Directors confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
  3. Evaluate email and voicemails to identify items requiring priority attention of the CEO & Chairman's Board of Directors.
  4. Prioritize and facilitate communication between the CEO, Chairman's Board of Directors, Executive team, Business Units' CEO's, Advisory Board Members, Institutional Relations stakeholders, and other third parties.
  5. Communicate and plan daily with the CEO & Chairman's Board of Directors regarding meetings, presentations and other priorities.
  6. Distribute meeting notes, transcribe visuals, and document follow-up items from meetings.
  7. Perform complex administrative work that often requires a high level of confidentiality, discretion and judgment.
  8. Gather data as needed in order to prepare clear and concise reports and correspondence.
  9. Schedule travel arrangements for CEO's & Chairman's Board of Directors and occasionally for other team members as needed.
  10. Assist with personal errands and appointments.
  11. Organize regular reports and communications within the department and review with the CEO & Chairman's Board of Directors as needed.
Minimum Requirements:
  1. 10 plus years experience working in a similar support role is required.
  2. Strong understanding of Microsoft Office products and SAP user level.
  3. Spanish and English: Advanced/Proficiency level.
