Formación

About the Role: We seek an experienced, organized, and proactive Executive Assistant to support our CFO and Director of our Parent and Portfolio Companies. This role involves managing administrative tasks, project coordination, and financial operations with utmost confidentiality. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, capable of managing priorities in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Executive Support: Manage the CFO’s calendar, coordinate meetings, travel, and events. Act as the main contact for internal and external communications, including law firms, accounting firms, government entities, financial institutions, and internal departments. Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
  2. Human Resources & Employee Support: Assist with onboarding, support relocation logistics, and handle confidential employee information.
  3. Financial & Administrative Support: Prepare financial reports, manage invoices, receipts, and expense reports, and assist with financial planning and budgeting.
  4. CRM Management & Project Coordination: Support board meetings, prepare minutes, assist with strategic initiatives, and manage deadlines and tasks across departments.
  5. Communication & Liaison: Serve as a point of contact for stakeholders, draft communications, and ensure smooth information flow.
  6. Other Duties: Handle ad-hoc requests, organize meetings, and assist with personal errands as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in administration, psychology, business, finance, or related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience as an executive assistant, preferably in a financial or corporate environment.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish, both spoken and written.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and familiarity with financial software.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and discretion skills.
  • Problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude.
