Role Overview

The successful candidate will join a key operational hub for Permira. This role requires an excellent communicator, someone who can take on a variety of tasks, has an intellectual curiosity and who will remain calm and composed under pressure. They must have the ability to interact seamlessly with both internal and external stakeholders and ensure an exemplary service. This role will suit a candidate who is strongly self-motivated, very organised, meticulously efficient and yet who can innovate in support of the firm’s growing complexity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactive planning and managing busy diaries
  • Delivery of complex multi-stop travel arrangements
  • Coordinating with portfolio companies and stakeholders
  • Organizing calls/meetings across different time zones
  • Planning and managing company events
  • Processing business expenses and providing administrative support
  • Handling confidential information with integrity
  • Drafting, editing, and proofing presentations and documents
