Leading company in the sector of industrial data communication devices and solutions for over 45 years is looking for an inside sales and customer service professional.

General Responsibilities:

  1. Mastery of the company ERP, Salesforce, and related systems.
  2. Support the outside sales team in all markets while managing and growing a base of smaller accounts.
  3. Monitor and report sales, prospecting efforts, and share market intelligence.
  4. Organize telemarketing activities.
  5. Build customer sales proposals, presentations, and quotations.
  6. Provide exceptional customer service, balancing customer and company needs.
  7. Manage customer relationships via phone and electronic communication.
  8. Maintain professional phone etiquette and demeanor.
  9. Assist MD with monthly reporting and other duties.
  10. Handle small special projects as assigned.
  11. Understand the purchasing process for Westermo Spain and Portugal.
  12. Understand the order placement process.
  13. Comprehend customs clearings and shipping methods, e.g., Incoterms.
  14. Support financing processes, liaising with HQ finance and local accounting firms.
  15. Manage tax forms with support from accounting and finance departments.
  16. Participate in exhibitions.
