Join our team of experts at ALAIKA Advisory and play a pivotal role in “Building the Future of Financial Services” and contributing to our three core domains: Strategic Transformations, AI / Data Analytics & Cybersecurity.

What you will do:

  • Manage & Organize: Align a packed calendar, orchestrate meetings across multiple time zones, manage internal documentation and incoming invoices, or simplify complex travel logistics.
  • Anticipate & Navigate: Solve problems before they manifest. Support our Founders / CEOs by organizing and supervising appointments and prioritizing effectively.
  • Engage & Represent: Act as the extended arm, eye, and ear of the Founders / CEOs, embodying the ethos and vision of our leadership.
  • Facilitate & Foster: Provide Administrative & Office Management Support, organizing major events and team/client gatherings.

Your profile:

  • Foundation of Success: Previous experience as an executive assistant is a must.
  • Startup-Ready: Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments is a strong plus.
  • Communication Maestro: Proficiency in English & German, both in speech and writing (min. C1 level).
  • Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with Windows and MS Office Suite, especially Outlook; experience in SAP, Greenhouse and Personio is an advantage.
  • Detail-Driven: Exceptional administrative, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Confidentiality Guardian: Handling sensitive and confidential data is second nature to you.
  • Global Connector: Ability to build and solidify relationships.
  • Finance Affinity: A background in finance or experience with finance-related processes is beneficial.
