Join our team of experts at ALAIKA Advisory and play a pivotal role in “Building the Future of Financial Services” and contributing to our three core domains: Strategic Transformations, AI / Data Analytics & Cybersecurity.

What you will do:

  1. Manage & Organize: Align a packed calendar, orchestrate meetings across multiple time zones, manage internal documentation and incoming invoices, or simplify complex travel logistics. Your multitasking, organizational, and decision-making skills will be paramount.
  2. Anticipate & Navigate: Solve problems before they manifest. As our dynamic, driven Executive Assistant, independently support our Founders / CEOs by organizing and supervising appointments and prioritizing effectively.
  3. Engage & Represent: Act as the extended arm, eye, and ear of the Founders / CEOs. This role embodies the ethos and vision of our leadership, acting as a touchpoint for all employees, clients, and stakeholders.
  4. Facilitate & Foster: Dive into Administrative & Office Management Support. Organize our signature global executive events and monthly / quarterly team & client gatherings.

Your profile:

  1. Foundation of Success: Previous experience as an executive assistant is a must.
  2. Startup-Ready: Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments is a strong plus.
  3. Tech-Savvy: Strong familiarity with Windows and MS Office Suite, especially Outlook.
  4. Detail-Driven: Exceptional administrative, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  5. Confidentiality Guardian: Handling sensitive and confidential data is second nature to you.
  6. Global Connector: Ability to build and solidify relationships with ease.
  7. Finance Affinity: A background in finance or experience working with finance-related processes is beneficial.
