Formación

Fundación Adecco collaborates with a prominent company specializing in turnaround and interim management, performance improvement, and business advisory services, supporting their Inclusion Plan for PwD.

Overview of the Role

We are seeking a proactive individual to support the Financial Services Managing Directors as their right-hand support. The role involves overseeing schedules, managing Business Unit operations, and fostering client relationships. Success in this position requires thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, anticipating needs, solving problems efficiently, and actively contributing to business development.

Responsibilities
Executive Support:
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel for Managing Directors and Senior Directors as needed.
  • Handle correspondence and prepare presentations.
  • Serve as the main contact for clients and visitors.
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Proactively manage Senior team expenses.
  • Maintain Managing Director timesheet data on Agresso.
Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Organize and participate in business development activities.
  • Update and manage client information and prospects in Salesforce.
Office Operations Support:
  • Organize and maintain office systems and procedures (excluding IT and building management).
  • Manage conference room bookings and technical requirements.
  • Coordinate catering for meetings and events.
  • Manage internal communications and updates.
¿Qué estamos buscando?
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish.
  • Relevant experience, preferably in professional services or banking.
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce.
