Accor Hotels seeks a dedicated assistant to support the General Manager at The Grand Tarabya. This role involves planning, coordination, and organizational tasks, requiring strong project management skills and a Bachelor’s degree. Ideal candidates will have experience in a multinational environment and be fluent in English and Turkish.

Formación

  • At least 2 years of experience in a multinational company in a similar position.
  • Fluent in English & Turkish, with excellent communication skills.
  • Professional and discrete.

Job Description

  • Making necessary business and personal planning and coordination in line with the General Manager’s tasks and projects,
  • Keeping the meeting notes of various meetings, preparing various reports, presentations, research, andproviding support as requried,
  • Assisting the General Manager to complete various tasks effectively and within strict deadlines,
  • Proficient in various Microsoft Office and other computer programs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable university
  • At least 2 years of experience in a multinational company and in a similar position
  • Fluent verbal and written communication skills in both English & Turkish
  • Project management and organizational improvement experience
  • Good listening and note taking skills
  • Excellent collaborator that can link various departments
  • Professional and discrete
