We are looking for a highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide critical support to our CEO, Lawyer, and HR Business Manager. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and enjoys varied responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research & Content Creation:
- Conduct in-depth research for articles, blogs, and presentations.
- Assist in drafting and editing content for executive communications and reports.
- Event & Meeting Coordination:
- Plan and organise key meetings, events, and seminars.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth execution.
- Compliance & Documentation Support:
- Assist in maintaining and updating internal systems and regulatory documents.
- Ensure Terms of Business and other critical files are properly stored and managed.
- Administrative & Scheduling Support:
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Handle correspondence, emails, and follow-ups on behalf of executives.
- General Business Support:
- Assist with various projects and ad hoc tasks as required.
- Identify ways to streamline workloads and improve operational efficiency.
What We’re Looking For
- Fluent in English & Spanish (written & spoken); other languages a bonus.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, PA, or similar role.
- Exceptional organisational & time management skills.
- Strong written, verbal, and research abilities.
- Tech-savvy – proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) & digital tools.
- Discreet, professional, and adaptable with a problem-solving mindset.
