We are looking for a highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide critical support to our CEO, Lawyer, and HR Business Manager. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and enjoys varied responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Research & Content Creation:
    • Conduct in-depth research for articles, blogs, and presentations.
    • Assist in drafting and editing content for executive communications and reports.
  2. Event & Meeting Coordination:
    • Plan and organise key meetings, events, and seminars.
    • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth execution.
  3. Compliance & Documentation Support:
    • Assist in maintaining and updating internal systems and regulatory documents.
    • Ensure Terms of Business and other critical files are properly stored and managed.
  4. Administrative & Scheduling Support:
    • Manage the CEO’s calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
    • Handle correspondence, emails, and follow-ups on behalf of executives.
  5. General Business Support:
    • Assist with various projects and ad hoc tasks as required.
    • Identify ways to streamline workloads and improve operational efficiency.
What We’re Looking For
  • Fluent in English & Spanish (written & spoken), other languages a bonus.
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, PA, or similar role.
  • Exceptional organisational & time management skills.
  • Strong written, verbal, and research abilities.
  • Tech-savvy – proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) & digital tools.
  • Discreet, professional, and adaptable with a problem-solving mindset.
