Ventós Group is an international company specialized in the distribution and production of Essential Oils & Aroma Chemicals with the Head Quarters located in Barcelona, Spain. The group has 9 subsidiaries around the world.

Currently we need to reinforce our team by incorporating an Executive Assistant.

Your Role

  • Provide direct assistance to the Managing Director in daily administrative and operational tasks
  • Manage schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements
  • Support in preparing reports and presentations
  • Perform other administrative and organizational tasks as required
  • Manage purchasing, import documentation, samples and incidents with suppliers
  • Update internal databases with order details

Your Skills and Experience

  • Previous and recent experience (at least 2 years) in functions related
  • Training in international trade or other relevant fields
  • Languages : High level of English and French desirable
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Proactive and detail-oriented mindset
