Formación

Job Description

Merkle is a dynamic and fast-growing organization with over 4,000 team members across Europe. This position is based in our vibrant Barcelona office and supports our European operations.

As part of the European team, you’ll collaborate closely with other EMEA locations and provide high-level administrative support to the Merkle EMEA Executive team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide executive support to the CFO in EMEA and the CEO in Spain, including :
  • Managing agendas, calendars, and coordinating meetings
  • Travel and expense management
  • Supporting meeting attendance and follow-up
  • Serving as the first point of contact for internal and external queries
  • Preparing business documents such as correspondence, reports, presentations, agendas, and minutes
  • Lead and support the office management team in Barcelona (Office Manager and receptionist)
  • Coordinate and lead office-related events
  • Support development and implementation of administrative standards, policies, and best practices
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless office operations

What We’re Looking For

  • 3-4 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken
  • Proactive approach with strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Office 365
  • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships at all levels
