Job Description

Join a leading company in Investment & Commercial Banking and be part of a solid team with many years of experience.

Our client is a world leader in Investment & Commercial Banking.

You will be responsible for managing stakeholders' diaries and daily needs proactively and effectively, ensuring seamless support for bankers to serve clients. Working with minimal direction, you will utilize your strong attention to detail to navigate the group's needs. You will collaborate with a team of Administrative Assistants, support other EAs, and cover during absences or holidays.

As an Administrative Assistant within the Asset & Wealth Management team, your duties will include diverse secretarial tasks requiring confidentiality, a strong work ethic, and common sense. Support requirements will vary daily based on business needs. Candidates should have a solid executive assistant background and be flexible due to the role's demanding nature.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Proactive diary management, facilitating client meetings, understanding group priorities, and manager expectations.
  2. Managing high volumes of emails, organizing meetings, conference calls, and setting up Zoom and Microsoft Teams meetings; coordinating offsite conferences and external events, including catering and transportation.
  3. Handling internal and external client interactions, involving significant engagement with clients and senior firm members.
  4. Finalizing complex travel arrangements in accordance with Corporate Policy, managing frequent travel changes on short notice, and preparing accurate itineraries.
  5. Processing expenses through the Concur system.
  6. Performing general administrative duties such as room bookings, filing, and photocopying.
  7. Partnering with assistants across the CIB group to provide coverage during absences.
