BUNGE has an exciting opportunity available for an Execution Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating shipments with all involved parties, issuing and distributing shipment documents on time according to policies and procedures, and ensuring all deadlines in Trade Operations are met.

More on the Execution Specialist role:

• Ensure proper execution of contracts and vessels, including documentation from contract to final invoice.
• Act as liaison with traders, brokers, port agents, supervision companies, and clients to ensure smooth information flow and execution.
• Follow up on vessel and operation statuses.
• Timely issuance of shipping documents (BLs, COO/EUR1/T2L, Sanitary certificates, etc.).
• Distribute documents on time to ensure presentation and cash cycles meet TATs.
• Maintain operation folders and KPIs files daily.
• Maintain a strong safety culture and follow safety procedures and regulations.

Candidate requirements:

• Degree in Business Management, International Business, Logistics, or related field.
• Approximately 4 years of experience in Import/Export operations or related fields, preferably with bulk shipments.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; knowledge of a third language (French, German, Portuguese) is desirable.
• Proficient in SAP, analytical tools, and MS Office.
• Knowledge of contracts (GAFTA/FOSFA/INCOTERMS/ANEC) and international payment terms (LC, CAD, Documentary Collection) is desirable.
