Join our Excellence team as a Supply Chain Project Manager and lead strategic initiatives within the HORSE Supply Chain framework. This role requires deep expertise in automotive supply chain operations and proficiency in SAP systems. Reporting to the Supply Chain Excellence Manager, you will drive process optimization, global projects roll-outs, and cross-functional collaboration.

What you will do

• End-to-End Project Management: Develop estimates, plans, and approaches to execute projects from start to finish. Generate and track milestones, evaluate issues, and support resolution.
• Supply Chain Strategy Implementation: Apply supply chain strategies aligned with the overall business strategy, working closely with key stakeholders.
• SAP End-to-End Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, transparency, and simplicity by coordinating with departments such as operations, production control, projects, transport, after-sales, purchasing, procurement, and DLI.
• Global SAP Roll-out: Collaborate with the global SAP team to design and prepare the roll-out phase, ensuring alignment with project timelines and deliverables.
• Change Impact Management: Assess the impact of implementing new SAP processes, identifying integration points and risks for related processes.
• Resource Coordination and Effective Communication: Coordinate global resources to ensure project execution aligns with planning, and clearly communicate scope, timing, and priorities to logistics and supply chain teams.

What we’re looking for

• A proven track record in leading cross-functional teams and managing SAP migration projects in industrial environments.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain Management, or related fields.
• Excellent skills in analytical thinking and problem-solving.
• Strong competencies in project management in international environments and supply chain operations, with a collaborative approach.
• Knowledge of the automotive sector, Horse Powertrain business, and our ambition to transform the industry.
• Excellent command of English, both spoken and written; a good level of Spanish will be valued.
