Formación

RELOCATION TO MUNICH REQUIRED

Job Description

  • Responsibility for the smooth operational planning and running of our VIP events in our Munich units on match and non-match days
  • Personal, operational guest care on the VIP levels
  • Organization and coordination of the entire service team, consisting of permanent employees and temporary staff
  • Preparation and follow-up of events

Qualifications

  • Completed training in the hotel industry | gastronomy | hospitality industry | (event) catering
  • Alternatively, several years of professional experience in a similar position as a service supervisor, service manager, banquet manager, catering manager or in event management
  • Possibly experience in working with temporary staff
  • Reliability and willingness to take on responsibility
  • Strong interpersonal skills, flexibility and commitment
  • Mandatory good knowledge of English. Good knowledge of German would be a plus
  • Interest in international events and international catering
