Overview

We're hiring an Events & Meeting Room Sales Manager to drive revenue and brand engagement through the commercialization of IWG’s event spaces, business clubs and meeting rooms. This role is ideal for someone with solid experience in event sales and event management—someone who can both sell and deliver high-quality events that attract startups, tech companies and ecosystem partners.

You will lead the activation of our terraces, meeting rooms and business clubs through strategic partnerships, client outreach and tailored event programming, making IWG a go-to destination for business events and innovation gatherings.

Responsibilities
  • Increase revenue from terraces, business clubs and meeting rooms by building partnerships with event planners, agencies and producers.
  • Grow meeting room revenue by identifying commercial opportunities with both internal clients and external partners.
  • Create and sell commercial offers and event packages that maximize space occupancy and profitability.
  • Collaborate with our sales and location teams to ensure strong conversion and follow-up on leads generated through events.
  • Organize high-impact events (panels, networking sessions, workshops) that connect IWG with the startup and tech ecosystem.
  • Build and nurture a network of collaborators—speakers, facilitators, vendors—who bring value to our events and help generate business.
  • Strengthen IWG’s visibility among startups, scaleups and tech companies through curated event content and strategic presence.
  • Promote events and partnerships through LinkedIn and other social channels to position IWG as the flexible workspace of choice for high-growth companies.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in event sales and execution, ideally in hospitality, coworking, business venues or innovation hubs.
  • A strong network of event professionals, agencies and ecosystem partners (VCs, accelerators, SaaS companies).
  • Commercial mindset with experience working towards revenue targets, quotas and KPIs.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Spanish and English.
  • A proactive and hands-on profile with the ability to independently sell, organize and execute end-to-end events.
