• 3-5 years of event project management experience, especially in pharmaceutical and/or healthcare industries.
• Fluency in spoken and written English and Spanish.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical and healthcare regulations in Spain and internationally.

What You’ll Be Doing

In this role, you will work 100% on one of our key pharmaceutical clients

• Manage all aspects of multiple large projects from initial briefing to successful delivery and closing, including logistics and content.
• Support Senior Managers and assigned teams, ensuring adherence to client standards, tools, and processes.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients during implementation.
• Monitor timelines and event budgets.

Must haves

(Candidates not meeting these criteria will not be considered.)

• 3-5 years of event project management experience, especially in pharmaceutical and/or healthcare industries.
• Experience working in an event agency.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical and healthcare regulations in Spain and internationally.
• Extremely detail-oriented and process-driven.
• Experience with budget creation, management, and consolidation.
• Based in Madrid.
• Fluency in spoken and written English and Spanish.

Nice to haves

• Fluency in French and German, in addition to English and Spanish.
