Job summary

Fever, the world’s leading tech platform for culture and live entertainment, seeks an Onsite Coordinator to join the Event Operations team in Madrid. You will be on the ground, ensuring flawless event experiences and seamless staff coordination across major productions.

A process-oriented mindset and proactive problem-solving are essential in a fast-paced, international setting. Responsibilities include managing on-site staff, inventories, validation, attendee flow, and on-site payments, while

Qualifications

Fluent in Spanish and English.
Experience in event coordination is desirable.
Excellent face-to-face communication skills.
Highly organized with strong time-management.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage on-site event staff and ensure Fever policies are followed.
Oversee event operations (inventories, validation, flow, on-site payments).
Handle on-site customer complaints and provide swift resolutions.
Follow Fever procedures and escalate as needed.
Daily reporting to Fever Managers with pre/post event findings and incidents.
Serve as the Fever brand point of contact on site.
