Jobtailor is seeking an experienced events professional to lead external events from concept to execution, including logistics and booth management. The role also handles pre-event campaigns and webinar promotion for lead generation.

You will energize internal teams with events and activities, manage merchandise and booth stock, and collaborate across international teams. Travel across Europe and the US is required to ensure successful events.

Requirements

• Proven experience in event project management, ideally in a B2B, scientific, or healthcare environment
• Strong project management skills
• Solution-oriented, "make-it-work" mindset
• Curious about AI and comfortable using AI tools
• Fluent in English (additional European languages are a plus)
• Willing and able to travel for events across European and US sites
• Organized, detail-driven, and a natural collaborator who thrives in a fast-moving, international team
