Candidate Profile

• Passion for the new energy and charging industry
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Responsibility and proactive attitude
• Relevant experience preferred

Role Responsibilities

• Provide pre-sales and after-sales technical support, including customer development, project delivery, and commissioning support.
• Resolve technical issues promptly, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
• Gather customer requirements and communicate with R&D for product improvements.
• Create technical documentation and training materials.
• Compile and analyze repair case studies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in relevant fields such as electrical power, communication, electronics, automotive engineering, etc.
• At least 1 year of related work experience; experience in charging piles or new energy industry preferred.
• Strong methodology, execution, learning ability, and responsibility.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; Mandarin is a plus.
