Amazon Spain Fulfillment is seeking an Electric Vehicle Charger Escalation Specialist to monitor and support our global EV charging network from the Barcelona region. You will handle alarms, tickets, and field escalations while coordinating with vendors and RME technicians to minimize downtime and maximize reliability.

The role requires strong English, data analysis skills, and prior EV charging experience.

Formación

• Knowledge of advanced English at CEFR level B2/C1.
• Experience with MS Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Experience in Electric vehicle charger industry or related industries preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Continuously monitor the performance of EV charging stations worldwide and identify issues.
• Respond to alarms, trouble tickets, and invoices following SOPs and processes.
• Serve as point of contact for field customers; escalate issues to vendors or teams.
• Provide remote technical support to on-site technicians to minimize downtime.
• Analyze data to identify trends and develop improvements for reliability.
• Maintain detailed records and use dashboards to track performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient issue resolution.
