As an experienced After Sales Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our fast charging solutions for electric vehicles. - Your Key Responsibilities :
- Preventative and corrective maintenance of equipment, as well as performing repairs in our facilities or remotely.
- Provide exceptional customer service via telephone and email in both Spanish and English.
- Configure ticketing systems to ensure seamless issue resolution.
- Analyze client platforms to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary modifications.
- Collaborate with our Product and R&D team to drive innovation and excellence.
- Requirements :
- A degree in electrical or electronic engineering, mechatronics, automation, or industrial maintenance.
- Proficiency in informatics, including LAN configuration and network interface setup.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with colleagues and clients in Spanish and English.
- Able to travel occasionally and work independently.
- Proven experience in After Sales Services, with a passion for delivering exceptional results.
- Familiarity with OCPP protocols and hands-on experience with ticketing configuration and management.
