Games Workshop is one of the largest toy and game manufacturers in the world! Last year, we achieved record sales of over half a billion Euro, and we continue to grow! As we expand, we’re seeking an outstanding people manager to join our team and contribute to our ongoing success.
In this role, you will lead a multilingual team of account managers to grow our European business in line with our strategic vision, both now and in the future. You’ll foster an environment where the team can thrive, providing coaching and training to ensure peak performance. Your guidance will help maintain high standards, ensuring the right people are in the right roles at all times. Excellent communication skills will be essential in driving collaboration with our team, colleagues, and key partners to propel our business forward.

Other Essential Information

Language Requirement: Fluency in English plus one of the following languages: Spanish, French, Italian, German, or Polish.
Location: Full-time, office-based role at our office in central Barcelona.
Benefits Include: 23 days of holiday plus public holidays, with up to 4 additional days; a company pension scheme contributing 4% of salary; a profit share bonus (subject to GW meeting profit targets); share save scheme; relocation support; discounts of 25-50% on our products.
Travel: Occasional travel required, approximately 2-6 weeks per year.
