Real Estate Professional - European Market Expert
This role is designed for experienced real estate professionals looking to deliver value from lead to closing and beyond.
- Qualify inbound leads using a structured consultation process.
- Present and onboard clients onto our platform.
- Organize and host virtual property presentations and market briefings.
- Guide buyers based on their timing, needs, and investment goals.
- Arrange in-person viewings and connect clients with sellers.
- Manage the full acquisition process : from property selection and negotiation to legal / financial coordination and post-sale support.
- Facilitate or supervise client interactions with lawyers, banks, and property managers.
- Track commission status and follow up for referrals and reviews.
- Act as the client's first and last point of contact throughout the journey.
- Contribute ideas to improve tools, workflows, and team growth.
- Minimum 2 years of real estate experience in Europe.
- Strong sales, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Deep understanding of buyer needs and local market dynamics.
- Fluent in English (German or other languages are a plus).
