Real Estate Professional - European Market Expert

This role is designed for experienced real estate professionals looking to deliver value from lead to closing and beyond.

  • Qualify inbound leads using a structured consultation process.
  • Present and onboard clients onto our platform.
  • Organize and host virtual property presentations and market briefings.
  • Guide buyers based on their timing, needs, and investment goals.
  • Arrange in-person viewings and connect clients with sellers.
  • Manage the full acquisition process : from property selection and negotiation to legal / financial coordination and post-sale support.
  • Facilitate or supervise client interactions with lawyers, banks, and property managers.
  • Track commission status and follow up for referrals and reviews.
  • Act as the client's first and last point of contact throughout the journey.
  • Contribute ideas to improve tools, workflows, and team growth.
  • Minimum 2 years of real estate experience in Europe.
  • Strong sales, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Deep understanding of buyer needs and local market dynamics.
  • Fluent in English (German or other languages are a plus).
