Formación

Responsabilidades

• Effectuer des tâches juridiques dans le cadre du projet de recherche.
• Négociation et gestion des aspects juridiques du projet.
• Surveillance de la documentation du projet et conformité avec les règlements.

e) Clinical research with drugs, animals, etc.

• Experience in drafting, reviewing, and / or negotiating agreements, contracts, and conventions.
• Knowledge in the management of task organization programs.
• Mastery of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, MS Teams , etc. )
• Ability to work in a group, high skills social and negotiation.
• Ability to manage documents meticulously and ordered.

Specific Requirements

Profile required :

• Graduated in Law with an Official University Master's Degree.
• Experience in national and European legislation.
• Domain of the English at an advanced level spoken and written.

• Legal tasks within the framework of the project's work package WP4.

confidentiality, conflicts of interest, data protection, contracting, and other matters.
