A leading research organization in Spain is seeking a Graduate in Law with an Official Master's Degree. The successful candidate will perform legal tasks, negotiate agreements, and ensure compliance within a research project funded by the European Union. This full-time permanent position offers a salary in accordance with experience, and you will be working in a collaborative environment focusing on essential legal aspects of research.

Formación

• Graduated in Law with an Official University Master's Degree.
• Experience in drafting, reviewing and negotiating agreements.
• Advanced level of spoken and written English.

Responsabilidades

• Perform legal tasks within the research project.
• Negotiate and manage legal aspects of the project.
• Oversight of compliance with regulations.

Conocimientos

Knowledge of legislation regarding grants

Knowledge of public procurement

Experience in drafting and reviewing contracts

Ability to manage documents meticulously

Advanced English proficiency

• Experience in drafting, reviewing, and / or negotiating agreements, contracts, and conventions.
• Knowledge in the management of task organization programs.
• Mastery of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, MS Teams , etc. )
• Ability to work in a group, high skills social and negotiation.
• Ability to manage documents meticulously and ordered.

Specific Requirements

Profile required :

• Graduated in Law with an Official University Master's Degree.
• Experience in national and European legislation.
• Domain of the English at an advanced level spoken and written.

Tasks to be performed :

The worker will perform the following tasks within the scope of the research project :

• Legal tasks within the framework of the project's work package WP4.
• Negotiation and management of legal aspects of the project.
• Oversight of project documentation and compliance with regulations regarding

confidentiality, conflicts of interest, data protection, contracting, and other matters.
