Una conocida organización de investigación en España está seleccionando un Graduado en Derecho con máster oficial para un contrato permanente. La posición implica tareas legales, gestión de regulaciones y supervisión del cumplimiento, así como experiencia en legislación nacional y europea. Se requiere un alto nivel de inglés y habilidades sociales avanzadas para negociar adecuadamente en un entorno de investigación.

Formación

• Graduado en Derecho con Máster Oficial.
• Experiencia en legislación nacional y europea.
• Dominar el inglés hablado y escrito a un nivel avanzado.

Responsabilidades

• Tareas legales dentro del marco del paquete de trabajo WP4 del proyecto.
• Negociación y gestión de aspectos legales del proyecto.
• Supervisión de documentación del proyecto y cumplimiento de normativas.

• Knowledge in the management of task organization programs.
• Mastery of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, MS Teams , etc. )
• Ability to work in a group, high skills social and negotiation.
• Ability to manage documents meticulously and ordered.

Specific Requirements

Profile required :

• Graduated in Law with an Official University Master's Degree.
• Experience in national and European legislation.
• Domain of the English at an advanced level spoken and written.

• Legal tasks within the framework of the project's work package WP4.

confidentiality, conflicts of interest, data protection, contracting, and other matters.
