Una organización de investigación biomédica busca un graduado en Derecho con máster, para desempeñar tareas legales en proyectos financiados por la UE. Se valorarán habilidades en la gestión de contratos y legislación, ofreciendo un contrato a tiempo completo en un entorno de investigación dinámica.

Formación

• Graduado en Derecho.
• Experiencia con legislación nacional y europea.
• Nivel avanzado de inglés hablado y escrito.

Responsabilidades

• Realizar tareas legales en proyectos de investigación.
• Negociación y gestión legal de documentos.
• Supervisión de confidencialidad y protección de datos.

Conocimientos

Conocimiento de legislación sobre subvenciones

Experiencia en redacción y negociación de acuerdos

Conocimientos en gestión de programas de organización de tareas

Proficiencia en Microsoft Office

Habilidades interpersonales y de negociación

Gestión meticulosa de documentos

The worker will perform legal tasks within the scope of the research project, specifically within WP4, including negotiation, legal management, and oversight of documentation concerning confidentiality, conflicts of interest, data protection, and contracting.
