Nadara is seeking a Power Originator to originate, structure, negotiate, and execute RtM agreements and PPAs with corporate customers, utilities, traders, and energy off-takers across Europe. The role covers the full commercial lifecycle, from identifying opportunities to bankable agreements that support renewables projects.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Engineering, Business, Finance, or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience in renewable energy, energy trading, energy markets, or a related commercial role.
• Strong understanding of European electricity markets, market participants, and energy market fundamentals.
• Proven knowledge of PPAs, RtM agreements, GOs, and renewable energy commercialization.
• Experience in commercial negotiations, deal structuring, and contract management.
• Good understanding of commodity markets, risk management principles, and electricity pricing mechanisms.
• Strong analytical, financial, and commercial skills, with the ability to develop innovative customer solutions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work effectively in cross-functional, international teams.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken). Spanish is highly desirable; Portuguese and Italian are considered an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities with corporate customers and utilities across European markets.
• Build and maintain relationships with key market participants, including financial institutions and trading houses.
• Lead commercial discussions, workshops, and client meetings to originate new PPA and RtM transactions.
• Structure tailored RtM and PPA solutions for renewable assets (wind, solar, BESS).
• Lead negotiations of commercial terms and coordinate PPA execution from origination to signing.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, Development, Technical, and Risk teams on bankable transaction structures.
• Monitor market developments, pricing trends, and regulatory changes to optimize strategies.
• Support improvement of origination processes and market intelligence.
