Beiersdorf AG in Madrid seeks a junior legal professional to support contracts, corporate law and compliance across the group, initially focusing on Spain and later expanding to Portugal. You will partner with functions to finalize service agreements and review governance documents.

Fluency in English and Spanish is required; Portuguese is a plus. This role offers exposure to FMCG operations and opportunities to train colleagues and influence business decisions while balancing legal risk with

Formación

• Law degree; knowledge of Spanish law is a must.
• Up to 3 years of experience, preferably in FMCG.
• Experience in contracts, compliance/GDPR, corporate/advertising law.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus.
• Strong business partnering and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, solution-oriented with risk balance.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; trainings delivery.

Responsabilidades

• Draft and support procurement of services agreements.
• Review power of attorney; prepare minutes for board and shareholder meetings.
• Deliver compliance training on Competition, Data Protection, Anticorruption and translate guidelines as needed.
• Support external law firm in advertising litigation writs or briefs.
