Hexagon Infrastructure & Geospatial is seeking a proactive HR Administration Specialist to join our Europe-wide HR Operations team. You will manage employee lifecycle tasks, onboarding, changes, and offboarding, with a focus on Italy, while supporting the UK and France within our Global Business Services Center.

Based in Barcelona with a hybrid work model, you will collaborate with Payroll, HR teams, and external providers to ensure accurate data, timely documentation, and high-quality services.

Formación

• Two years of experience in HR Administration supporting Italy.
• Good knowledge of Italian employment administration processes.
• Experience with HRIS systems like SAP HCM is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Provide HR administration support primarily for Italy, while also supporting other European countries as required.
• Manage employee lifecycle administration, including onboarding, employee changes and offboarding, ensuring accurate documentation.
• Maintain accurate employee master data in HCM systems and prepare HR documents such as contracts and reference letters.
• Support employees with documentation for international travel.
• Collaborate with Payroll to ensure accurate processing of employee data and payroll changes.
• Deliver timely HR services in line with service levels across stakeholders.
