Position Overview :

We are seeking an independent and proactive European Football Sales Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for cultivating and deepening institutional relationships with European football clubs. Your primary focus will be to market Albion's players actively, fostering partnerships and opening new opportunities for player transfers and collaborations within the European football ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with European football clubs, scouts, agents, and relevant stakeholders.
  • Proactively market Albion's players to European clubs, identifying potential opportunities aligned with club needs.
  • Represent Albion FC at industry events, tournaments, and networking functions across Europe.
  • Identify market trends and feedback from clubs to inform player development and positioning strategies.
  • Collaborate with the club’s management, scouting, and player development teams to ensure alignment of strategies and objectives.
