Job summary

Barents is seeking an experienced Head of Corporate Communications to strengthen our reputation and lead the rollout of a new corporate brand identity across Europe. Based in Madrid, you will work with senior management and local teams to shape brand positioning, messaging and a coordinated European communications plan.

The role combines hands-on execution with strategic judgment, overseeing PR, digital content, internal communications, events and external partnerships.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in corporate communications, branding or PR.
• Experience leading communications programs across multiple markets.
• Strong writing, storytelling and executive communications.
• Ability to manage external agencies and budget.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement corporate communications, PR and reputation initiatives.
• Lead brand strategy and the rollout of the new brand identity across Europe.
• Coordinate internal communications and culture initiatives with HR.
• Oversee digital content, websites and social media.
• Manage events, budgets and external partners.
