Codeway, a Barcelona-based group powering six verticals, seeks a Corporate Communications Specialist. You’ll shape the company narrative, define messaging for flagship moments, and lead a press and partner network to broaden reach.

Working with the Brand team, you’ll align internal and external communications across 400+ people, crafting clear, consistent storytelling in English and coordinating cross‑functional campaigns in a hybrid office.

Qualifications

• Strategic communication sense aligned with company strategy.
• Excellent writing, ability to refine messaging across channels.
• Deep knowledge of Codeway, verticals, metrics, and wins.
• Fluent in media landscape; capable of engaging publications and stages.
• Experience handling complex moments: events, launches, campaigns.
• Ability to grow partnerships with agencies and journalists.
• Use AI tools to structure announcements and briefs while maintaining human oversight.
• Proficient English communication in writing and speaking.

Responsibilities

• Own the corporate narrative and strategic communication for company moments.
• Define goals, messages, and flow; ensure alignment from leadership to teams.
• Establish and maintain internal communication standards across 400+ people.
• Lead major campaigns from concept to results with the comms team.
• Build and manage a press and partner network for broader reach.
