Edwards Lifesciences in Madrid seeks an Associate Manager, Therapy Development to lead European patient activation and referrer engagement initiatives, aligning across markets.

You’ll partner with commercial teams to equip healthcare professionals with tailored tools and messaging, own HCP engagement strategies, and manage diverse educational assets.

This is a two-year contract with potential for permanence, offering exposure to a matrixed organization at the heart of cardiovascular innovation.

Formación

• University degree with experience in marketing, therapy development, or HCP engagement in life sciences.
• Fluency in English, written and spoken.
• Experience in cross-country field activities and stakeholder management.
• Ability to translate clinical concepts into clear messaging.

Responsabilidades

• Lead European therapy development initiatives focused on patient activation and referrer engagement.
• Collaborate with commercial teams to equip HCPs with tools and messaging.
• Own and optimize HCP engagement strategies across multiple interaction models.
• Develop and deploy marketing assets that are scientifically accurate and compliant.
• Drive digital engagement initiatives and cross-functional alignment across markets.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Digital, and local teams to ensure alignment.
