A digital consultancy firm is seeking an experienced Sales Director to develop new customer relationships in Europe while building and maintaining existing accounts. The role requires strong sales development skills, a robust network in the Telecommunications industry, and the ability to lead negotiations effectively. Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Sales Director (Europe) to join our team and help us develop new customer relationships, business, and network. Our new colleague will lead initiatives and engage with potential clients to build new business for the company and upsell / cross-sell in existing accounts.

  • Belgrade, Serbia;

or remotely within Europe.

Requirements
You Are / You Have
  • Business & Sales development is second nature to you.
  • A strong network in the Telecommunications industry.
  • Passion for Sales and building relationships.
  • An energetic hunter, eager to talk to new people daily.
  • Highly motivated and target-oriented self-starter with a “can do” attitude.
  • Ability to grow, develop, and maintain personal relationships at all levels (from operational to C-level).
  • A passion for technology and solid Telco industry knowledge is a big plus.
  • Experience with RFPs and negotiating with buying centers.
  • Experience negotiating and signing Professional Services contracts.
  • Flexible and creative.
What You Will Do
  • Create, identify, and qualify new sales opportunities.
  • Contact existing and potential customers daily to generate new opportunities.
  • Build relationships with new and existing clients and secure new business in the assigned accounts or region.
  • Add new logos & open doors in the targeted region – and be rewarded for that!
  • Control the entire sales cycle from the first customer approach to contract conclusion for new customers.
  • Lead negotiations, coordinate complex decision-making processes with the help of the pre-sales team, and overcome potential obstacles.
  • Provide feedback and advise C-Level management on Sales strategies.
  • Provide general product / solution overviews and insights pertinent to customer needs and usage scenarios.
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate customer contacts in CRM.
What Do You Need?
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in International markets (Europe as a main focus).
  • Experience in sales of IT Services (Managed Services, DevOps, T&M) and Software.
  • Solid knowledge of IT and Telecom industries.
  • Experience in sales of Telecom BSS / OSS solutions is a big plus.
  • Background in prospecting to IT decision-makers (C-level) is required.
  • Experience with major Telecom transformation projects is a big plus.
