Padagis, a leading player in the pharmaceutical industry, is expanding its commercial footprint in Europe. We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Sales Director to lead our European commercial operations. This is a key leadership position reporting to the EVP, with significant impact on the company’s growth in new international markets.

Location: Europe

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies across the European region to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  2. Align regional sales execution with the company’s global strategic goals.
  3. Build and manage high-value relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders across Europe.
  4. Oversee all sales channels including direct, partner, distributor, account management, and telesales operations.
  5. Lead complex negotiations and manage contracts with European partners and clients.
  6. Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (regulatory, quality, legal, finance, etc.) to ensure seamless market access and operational success.
  7. Design and facilitate effective sales training, performance optimization, and operational support.
  8. Continuously monitor market trends and uncover new business opportunities for growth.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of 6–10 years of sales leadership in an international generic pharmaceutical company – required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Life Sciences.
  • Experience in extended topical generics products and/or Branded generics – preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, with demonstrated ability to build long-term partnerships.
  • Deep understanding of European pharmaceutical markets and regulatory environments.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to execute hands-on initiatives in dynamic, cross-cultural settings.
  • Strong proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications, as well as other software, such as Salesforce and Monday.
  • Native-level English proficiency.
