Key Responsibilities

• The role involves managing events, creating marketing collaterals, preparing and distributing press releases and articles, and managing social media (LinkedIn) across RSA Luxembourg European markets. It also includes database maintenance (clients, brokers, reinsurers, media, etc.) and supporting Underwriting teams with tender/renewal proposals.
• This role reports to the RSA Luxembourg marketing and external communications manager to enhance our visibility and communicate consistently to customers, brokers, and partners why they should choose us.
• The role requires maintaining close relationships across Europe with top management and teams in Underwriting, Claims, Risk Consulting, and the wider Specialty Marketing team (including RSA UK & Europe), sharing knowledge, best practices, and working on shared initiatives.

Skills and Experience

• Proficiency in Spanish and English; French is a plus.
• Strong experience in events, marketing, or communications within tight deadlines.
