Taylor Hopkinson | Powered by Brunel is seeking an experienced commercial leader to drive market growth for a rapidly expanding transformer business across Europe. You will shape the European go-to-market strategy for MV and EHV transformers and build close relationships with utilities, developers, EPCs, industrial customers and data centre operators.

The role requires a proven track record in selling MV/HV/EHV transformer solutions across Europe, a strong network, and fluency in English, with

Qualifications

10+ years in sales/commercial leadership in transformers or related sectors.
Proven track record selling MV/HV/EHV transformer solutions across Europe.
Strong network with utilities, developers, EPCs, industrial buyers or data centres.
Fluent English; willingness to travel extensively across Europe.
Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.

Responsibilities

Define and execute European go-to-market strategy for MV and EHV transformers.
Develop relationships with utilities, renewable developers, EPC contractors, industrial customers and data centre operators.
Lead complex sales, framework agreements and tender processes from qualification through contract award.
Manage commercial negotiations, including pricing, terms, warranties and risk.
Collaborate with manufacturing and operations to align requirements and delivery commitments.
Ensure proposals comply with European standards and customer specifications.
Monitor market developments and provide pipeline updates to leadership.
Support long-term development of the European sales organization.
