Job summary

eDreams ODIGEO is seeking a Legal Counsel to join the Business Legal team in Barcelona. The role focuses on consumer law across key European jurisdictions, with multi-regional responsibilities and cross-border advisory. You will work with a small, high-performing international team.

You will draft and update terms, liaise with authorities, and help embed legal frameworks into business practices across our travel platforms. Fluency in English and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Law degree with qualification to practice in a European jurisdiction (Spain/UK/DE/FR).
• Fluent English; strong second language skills preferred.
• 5+ years’ experience practicing as a lawyer with consumer law focus.
• Experience with digital/travel industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Advise on current consumer law and apply it across websites, apps and services.
• Draft, update and maintain terms and conditions for websites and products.
• Manage dialogue with public administrations and consumer authorities.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to embed legal concepts in business practices.
• Contribute to Know How bank and guidance documents.
• Horizon scan for regulatory changes and assist implementation.
• Provide training to team members and stakeholders.
• Manage outside counsel and budgets.
• Support other legal and business teams as needed.
