Qualifikationen
- Must be a qualified lawyer with experience in commercial contracting.
- Proven ability to draft, review and negotiate complex customer-facing agreements.
- Strong negotiating and risk assessment capabilities.
- Able to manage multiple stakeholders across functions and jurisdictions.
- Experience with IP, licensing, R&D or collaboration agreements is desirable.

- Draft, review and negotiate customer-facing contracts and partnerships across Europe.
- Own an assigned portfolio of agreements from instruction through execution.
- Provide commercially informed, risk-based advice on terms and conditions.
- Collaborate with IP, R&D, and commercial teams to address ownership and use rights.
- Support strategic legal matters for Europe and coordinate with the Europe Legal Team.
