Jobtailor is seeking a senior legal professional to manage the acquisition of telecom infrastructure assets across EU markets and lead cross-country transactions. You will collaborate with senior management and diverse teams to expand renewable energy initiatives across Europe.

The role requires 10+ years in legal practice within energy or real estate deals, strong negotiation skills, and willingness to travel. Madrid-based, hybrid work considered for the right candidate.

Formación

• 10+ years of legal experience in law firms or renewable energy environments.
• Strong background in renewable energy and real estate transactions.
• Proficiency with listed Software tools: Office 365, Teams, SharePoint, Salesforce.
• Willingness to travel across Europe.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with collaborative skills.
• Curiosity, adaptability, and a learning mindset.
• Ability to prioritize deal flow and exercise sound business judgment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and analytical skills.
• Multilingual proficiency preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a positive attitude.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee acquisition of telecom infrastructure assets across EU markets.
• Lead acquisitions in multiple countries and support expansion into new jurisdictions.
• Grow Unison’s renewable energy business across Europe by engaging landowners and developers.
• Drive transactions and contribute to business growth.
• Collaborate closely with senior management, origination, pricing, and property management teams.
